Railroad Joe - Our breakfast blend of Brazil Mogiana and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe roasted light-med for a nutty chocolate caramel taste with a sweet bright finish.
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Banko Dhadhato - ORGANIC- FAIR TRADE- SHADE GROWN- Grown 1650-2500m altitude. Natural Processed. Roasted light to highlight the sugary sweet, bright blueberry jammy notes.
Kenya Giakanja AA- Big juicy black current bomb with a lingering aftertaste and candy like sweetness. This coffee was sourced from a unique coffee importer CROP to CUP who visits the farm personally, works with the production, and ensures the highest quality of specialty coffee.
Java Taman Dadar- ORGANIC - RAINFOREST CERTIFIED- SHADE GROWN- Grown 844-1580m altitude. Wet Hulled. Roasted full medium to develop the baker’s chocolate and piney bitter cherry and plum notes.
Winni Wicked Dark- Our blend of Sumatra Takengon and Brazil Mogiana roasted dark to bring out the flavors of caramelized sugars, and develop the bitter chocolate and nutty notes.
Sumatra Aceh Ketiara- ORGANIC- FAIR TRADE- Grown 1200-1500m altitude. Wet Hulled. All woman run CO-OP. Roasted dark for syrupy mouthfeel and dark chocolate, molasses, and ripe cherry notes.
Bay Street Decaf- ORGANIC- FAIR TRADE - Swiss Water Decaffeinated- Roasted medium with a rich cocoa and mild lemon notes.
Back Bay Espresso- Our house blend including coffees from Indonesia and S. America with a hint of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe to add some bright fruit notes within the dark roast blend.
